When will the rain stop:
We are watching the reports and are in touch with the MetService to get the latest updates. The forecasts suggests there will be a long period of dry spells this afternoon with more showers expected this evening. We will keep speaking with the MetService and update information as soon as we receive any further updates.

Will you go indoors:
No main draw singles matches will be moved to the indoor courts.
Will you start earlier tomorrow:
At this stage there is no plan to start matches early tomorrow. Organisers may make this call based on how many matches are completed today. Stay tuned to our website, Facebook page and twitter feed for more information.
What if it rains all day:
If we are unable to complete the first round of matches today, a decision may be made to double up matches (play both the first and second round matches) tomorrow. This could mean an earlier start of play tomorrow. A decision on this will be based on how much progress of the first round can be achieved today. Stay tuned for more information across our website, Facebook page and twitter feed. If the day, night or both sessions are cancelled with less than an hour of play being achieved, our refund policy will be enacted. Please see www.asbclassic.co.nz and our Refund Policy here - http://www.asbclassic.co.nz/media/images/2016_ticket_conditions.pdf.

If the day, night or both sessions are cancelled with less than an hour of play is achieved, our refund policy will be enacted. Please see www.asbclassic.co.nz and our Refund Policy here - http://www.asbclassic.co.nz/media/images/2016_ticket_conditions.pdf.
Why do I only get a 50% refund:
Some tournaments have no refund at all for inclement weather. We have tried to provide some relief for disappointed fans. Organisers have committed to reviewing this following the 2017 ASB Classic.
Does my ticket get me back to the next session/Can I come back tomorrow:
Unfortunately a ticket is only valid for the specific session stated on the ticket. Being sold out, we don’t have any ability to bring patrons back at other times.
Who is going to play tomorrow:
The schedule for tomorrow will be released later today once first round matches are in progress. Stay tuned to our website, Facebook page and twitter feed for more information.
