Caroline Wozniacki at the Moët & Chandon Champagne lounge
Tennis superstar Caroline Wozniacki visited the refreshed Moët & Chandon Champagne lounge at the ASB Classic yesterday, to pick up a sparkling new ring – a gift from the iconic Champagne brand, and the first ring of the bespoke ‘Imperial Knots Collection’ by Naveya & Sloane.
Wanting to welcome Caroline back to New Zealand in style with a colourful summer inspired piece, Moët & Chandon, partnered with their friends at Naveya & Sloane to design the collection in time for the launch of the 2017 tournament.
“Caroline is a returning superstar of the ASB Classic, and someone who clearly loves coming back to this country of ours year on year, embracing all that there is to offer at the tournament. We’re thrilled to be able to enhance her Auckland experience once again by gifting her something truly unique”, says Ali Campbell, Moët & Chandon Senior Brand Manager.
“We’ve redesigned our famous Champagne Lounge this year adding more colour than ever before and creating a space where guests can enjoy every moment of this summer event so we wanted Caroline’s piece to reflect that same level of energy” says Campbell.
Caroline’s ring is one of three bespoke rings created by Naveya & Sloane as part of the Imperial Knots Collection. The collection features a selection of exquisite rare and precious gemstones including a 1.6ct Demantoid Garnet, a 1.6ct Pink Spinal and a 1.9ct Yellow Sapphire. They are each set into 18k gold and are surrounded by a halo of yellow diamonds.

The second and third rings will be on display at the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge during the ASB Classic, 2nd January – 14th January 2017.
Visitors to the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge who purchase a flute during the tournament will have the opportunity to win one of the rings, simply by purchasing a flute of Champagne in the lounge.
