The Serve at the ASB Classic houses the best in food, drink and music under one space! Nestled under the trees by the Domain, it’s the must-go-to spot during the ASB Classic tournament, jam packed with all the action happening off the court. 


·         The Grill’s duck fat chips are the most popular retail dish, with more than 3,500 portions sold in the first eight days.  

·         Over 2,900 wagyu burgers were sold during the first eight days and on Wednesday 13 January, 579 wagyu burgers were sold, topping last year’s daily record by an additional 22 burgers.

·         SKYCITY’s new retail outlet, The Kitchen c/o SKYCITY, has served more than 2,100 portions of cooked to order food over the first eight days of the tournament. The most popular items are the snapper taco (631 portions), the duck sliders (494 portions) and the prawn dumplings (410 portions).

·         The corporate boxes are being served 800 plated meals a day over a four hour period. And in the first eight days of the tournament have used more than 1 tonne of beef fillet and 750kg of angus short rib.
