Additional information:

  1. A Family Pass is available (2 Adults /2 Children 14 years & under) available in Yock or Tennis Auckland stands only
  2. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult
  3. Gates Open One (1) hour before play at 11am
  4. A Tournament Ticket is valid for the ASB Classic only
  5. A booking fee of $3.50 per ticket applies including the Night Tickets
  6. Tickets purchased at the venue incur a $10 surcharge
  7. Refunds: All daily ticket sales have a rain refund policy of half the value of a ticket if less than one hours play in total occurs on the date the ticket is valid (according to the official time sheet of the Tournament Referee). Refund applications must received no later than 21 days from the date of the rained out session and must be submitted on a Ticket Refund Request Form.
  8. * A limited number of Night session tickets are available as Gate Sales only from 6.30pm on the night. Seats are strictly subject to availability.  Seat access is from 7pm or at the completion of the match in progress

  10. The Yock stand and Tennis Auckland stands are concrete seats.  It is recommended that you take a cushion to sit on in these stands.
  11. The Yock stand, Tennis Auckland stand, Jetstar/Jacob's Creek stand are uncovered stands and are exposed to the sun.  Some rows in the Robinson stand are also exposed to the sun during the day.  For more information view the seating plans below.
  12. No alcohol, glassware, cans or opened drink containers may be bought into the stadium.  "Snack" food is permitted.  Bags may be subject to search.
  13. Food and drink outlets are available on site for your refreshment.  The Pavillion cafe is located beside the Robinson Stand.  The Heineken Draught Lounge is located behind match courts 2 and 4 and the Austin's cafe is located in the Fan Zone underneath match courts 2 and 4.
  14. The sponsor display booths, autograph station and pro shop retail space are all located in the Fan Zone underneath match courts 2 and 4.
  15. Food and drink outlets are available on site for your refreshment.  The Pavillion cafe is located beside the Robinson Stand.  The Heineken Draught Lounge is located behind match courts 2 and 4 and the Austin's cafe is located in the Fan Zone underneath match courts 2 and 4.  Hot fast food can also be purchased behind the Yock stand.

Qualifying is held at the ASB Tennis Arena on Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th December from 9.30am. Tickets $5 (cash only).
