Extra! Extra! Read all about it! A hot dog bar has arrived at The Serve this year and we are salivating! Think Mexican inspired hot dogs, or maybe Japanese or what about classic American? Yup, you guessed it – new and exciting options as well as your all-time favourites.
Also found at The Oaks will be a Taste of Mexico offering, tacos and quesadillas plus family pizza favourites including the traditional margherita.
The offering at The Oaks is rounded off with a tasting range from Bellota by Peter Gordon. With a touch of Spain intertwined into the menu, one’s mouth starts watering at the thought of it. Think pinxtos, deep-fried goats cheese, garlic prawns and toasted almonds all washed down with an ice-cold Clara Sangria or perhaps you’d prefer the Red Sangria – the choice is yours!
Fans this year will get an exclusive taste of SKYCITYS newest restaurant Spice Alley via a pop-up on The Serve.
Spice Alley, which will formally open at SkyCity early 2018 will be serving an array of favourites including a Sanford Fish Madras Curry and Bang Bang Chicken Salad.
It’ll be hard to go past a good Beef Bao or roll your sleeves up for the Sticky Pork Ribs.
Spice Alley could well be the talk of The Serve this year!
This is the place to go if you want to grab and go during the tennis this year. With a selection of ready to go cold items like sushi and baguettes, as well as hot favourites like steamed pork buns and hot chips all on offer throughout the fortnight. The salad bar with a daily selection of fresh choices is a lighter option if you like.
All finished off with a selection of Kapiti wrapped classics like the Kapiti Chocolate & Orange or for a hot January day the Kapiti Whipped Sorbet Blood Orange & Cranberry.

Nibbling on duck parfait with sultan raisins toasted brioche its sure to please alongside the Prawn Kokoda salad on gem lettuce cups.
Not to be missed is the Breaded Pork Chop with fragrant salad and the Wagyu beef short rib with chimichurri.
Finish off with something from the Artisan desert selection or some of Kapiti’s finest cheeses.
Kapiti of The Serve
What's your favorite Kapiti flavor? If your sorted then that's great, but if you're not too sure, that ok too as we've got you covered. Kapiti will have 15 flavors for you to work your way through so you'll have a favorite by the end.
This year, Kapiti will be in two locations, so when you scream for ice cream...it won't be far away! Check out the Kapiti Ice Cream Parlour opposite the Bach Cafe and Kapiti on The Serve, near the Tennis Auckland Kids Zone.
The Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge
Boasting a menu inspired by the famous Sugar Club, temptations will include seared venison and tofu, plus the Jamon Salad with peaches and purple pesto. Hard to go past the roasted duck fat potatoes if you ask me. A full Moët & Chandon range will be on offer alongside some Heineken favourites. Not to be missed!
You can also find Moët & Chandon over at The Serve where you can taste their famous salted popcorn with a Moët mini.
This bar offers a menu inspired by The Grill and will not disappoint. The Grills ‘less is more’ approach to cooking, you can expect a traditional New York style food with a modern twist. We love that they cook with love, keep it simple and are driven by the produce. The iconic Wagyu Burger and the Sean Connelly Prawn Cocktail are crowd favourites and with classic salads on offer as well, this will be hard to go past.
All to be enjoyed with a cold beer, cider or champagne!
They also have another pop up space on The Serve, known as Heineken Quick Serve where you also can get a bite to eat and wash it down with a nice one beer, cider or wine.
The Phoenix Lighthouse Bar
The Phoenix Lighthouse Bar is back serving up cocktails with a new and exciting menu including the ‘Black Mojito’ and the thirst quencher ‘The Lighthouse’.
Be sure to grab a snack with your drink, our picks are the miso roasted Big Glory Bay Salmon and the Arabic Lamb Cutlets.
A must for all Redwood Stand ticket holders. The perfect little place to quickly satisfy the starving and make it back to your seat in time for the next rally. A selection of stables including pies, sausage rolls and Cornish pasties, this is the quintessential grab and go. A range of beverages is also on offer as well as two of our favourite frozen cocktails – a sure fire way to keep you cool over the tournament, enjoy a Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri or a Frozen Mojito.
The Classic Club
If you love a good platter, the Classic Club needs to be on your list this year. Three sensational platters are on the menu and each looks a-maz-ing. It will be hard to choose between the Kapiti Cheese Platter, the Deli Meats Platter and the Vegetarian Platter, so you might just have to try them all!
